I can recommend Complete Property Solutions (CPS) as a reliable, reputable and friendly builder, based on my experience below. I needed an old conservatory replaced with a permanent extension, an expansion of the utility room, opening part of kitchen. I chose CPS, as they were registered master builders, they answered the phone and turned up when they said they would, price was competitive. Prior to the work contract was laid out with payment stages, and details / standards of work at each stage The work was completed in accordance with contracted timetable, and flexible for inevitable client adjustments to plan design. The lads were all respectable of my property and polite. Gareth and Dave and the lads were all faultless. Final snagging was done promptly and to my satisfaction. I received all building regulation certificates within a few weeks of completion. An A plus from me.

Back in September, we embarked on a major project of a double side and single back extension—and not only was the work completed beautifully, but it managed to finish everything a month ahead of schedule! When we first reached out to Gareth, we were just in the initial planning stages, hoping for a rough estimate to help us get started. Gareth was incredibly helpful and kind, giving us a realistic ballpark figure that set the foundation for our plans. A year later, when we were finally ready to move forward, he provided us with a full quote that was extremely reasonable. During their visit to our house, Gareth and Dave took the time to walk us through details we wouldn’t have even known to consider, which made us feel completely at ease and confident that our project was in the best hands. Throughout every stage of the build, Gareth kept us in the loop, providing updates and communicating regularly. This time last year, we had a cold conservatory that added little value to our home. It could only be used for part of the year and, due to a box gutter, suffered from damp issues. It also left our kitchen colder and darker than it should have been. Now, we have a fantastic additional living space that we can enjoy all year round. It extends the back of the house, integrates beautifully with the rest of the downstairs, and has genuinely transformed how we use our home. From the very start, we were impressed with Gaz and the team at Complete Property Solutions (CPS). They handled every issue that arose, ensured all building regulations were met, and managed the entire process from start to finish. Gaz visited the site to assess the project and suggest ideas, many of which led to an even better final result. The on-site teams were consistently polite, hardworking, and respectful, always tidying up after themselves. A special thanks goes to Leo, Phil, Tyler and Kian, who built the HUP! system and completed the finishing touches, including the flooring — although everyone involved was excellent. We’ve already had neighbours asking who did the work — so hopefully we’ll see you again soon. Finally, a big thank you to Linzi, Dave and Gaz, who were always available on WhatsApp to answer our many (often random!) questions.

We are delighted with what CPS have done for us! Gareth, Dave and the all the lads have been helpful, polite and hard working throughout. What we wanted was a little unusual but they supported us to make it a reality. Communication was good throughout the process and any issues were taken care of without fuss. Wish we could rate these higher than 5 stars as they have been unbelievable! The best company we have ever had do work for us. Everything that could possibly go wrong for us leading up to this build did. Thank God for these guys, they've sorted everything from start to finish. The extention looks incredible and every single one of the workers we came in contact with was polite and extremely knowledgeable regarding the work they was doing. We are so happy we opted for the hup build in the end as advised by Gareth due to us having very limited space - it's worked so well and utilised the space we did have to the maximum. The most reliable, polite and trustworthy builders around! Won't ever go to anyone else now - thank you Gareth and team!

Excellent and professional service. After receiving a few quotations for an extension, redesign of the ground floor, hallway, utility room and garage conversion I went with Complete property solutions. From the start Gaz was punctual, approachable and knowledgeable and remained so throughout the project. The price he offered me is the price he stuck to throughout. Dave, Phil and the whole building team were professional and worked at high standards. They answered any questions we had and solved any problems we had throughout the build. What a fantastic experience! Right from the start we knew these guys were for us, Gaz was great at putting us at ease and helping us navigate through the project, when we literally had no idea what we were doing half the time. We had a 3x8 metre single storey extension, including a toilet, shower and they fitted a new kitchen too. Everything happened when the guys said it would, no delays, workmen on site promptly most days and everyone was just so friendly! The project started on time and progressed well. We were kept informed throughout. Everyone was tidy and helpful, as well as mindful of our two young children. We now have a fantastic extension and we can’t thank these guys enough - the whole team are all brilliant tradespeople. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Gaz, Dave and team!
